Welcome to the RUO Supply Affiliate Program (“Program”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Program operated by RUO Supply, LLC (“RUO Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By joining or participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not apply or continue participation
1. Program Overview
The RUO Supply Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions for referring customers to ruosupply.com.
All products offered through RUO Supply are sold for Research Use Only (RUO).
Affiliates may not advertise, imply, or represent any RUO Supply product for human use or therapeutic application.
RUO Supply reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate a legitimate and compliant marketing channel (website, email list, or social platform).
- Agree to follow all applicable laws, including advertising, data protection, and consumer protection regulations.
RUO Supply may request verification or additional information at any time to confirm eligibility.
3. Commission Structure
- 15% Commission — paid on all first-time customer sales.
- 5% Lifetime Commission— paid on all future purchases from the same customer.
- 5% Sub-Affiliate Commission— paid on sales generated by affiliates you directly refer
Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns).
Self-referrals or orders placed by you under your own affiliate link are not eligible.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are calculated on the 5th of each month for verified sales from the prior month and paid on the 7th via the affiliate dashboard payment method.
Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are automatically deducted
A minimum payout threshold may apply.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting requirements related to earnings.
5. Tracking & Attribution
RUO Supply uses a redundant tracking system combining:
- Server-side tracking
- 90-day cookies
- Hard-coded customer assignments
Once a customer is tagged to your account, all subsequent purchases are automatically credited to you — regardless of device, browser, or future order method.
Affiliates can track all sales, conversions, and commissions within their affiliate dashboard.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all commissions, and potential legal action:
a) Brand Bidding / Misuse

No bidding on RUO Supply, or any variations in PPC, SEO, or advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
“RUO Supply,” “RUOSUPPLY,” “RUO Supplies,” or any confusingly similar spellings.

No use of RUO Supply trademarks, logos, branding, or product names in:
- Domains or subdomains
- Social media handles, usernames, or page titles
- Display URLs or paid ad URLs
Any form of brand bidding, trademark misuse, or misrepresentation of affxiliation is prohibited.
b) Negative Campaigns
Affiliates may not create or promote any content that includes scam-bait keywords or negative framing for SEO, PPC, or social marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- “Is RUO Supply a scam?”
- “RUOSupply fake products”
- “RUOSupply reviews – legit or fraud?”
Any attempt to manipulate search engines or advertising algorithms by associating RUO Supply with fraud, illegitimacy, or unsafe products is strictly prohibited.
Honest comparisons are permitted only if:
- Factual
- Non-defamatory
- Clearly independent and not misleading
c) Fraudulent & Abusive Practices
Strictly prohibited:
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or use of automated bots
- Generating fake or actual purchases through your affiliate links
- Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods
- Device spoofing, incentivized clicks, cloaking, or deceptive methods
- Malware, adware, or other malicious software or browser extensions
Engaging in any of the above will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all earned and pending commissions, and potential civil or criminal prosecution.
d) Restricted Promotion Channels
Affiliates may not promote through:
- Unsolicited email (spam), SMS blasting, robocalls, or push notifications
- Adult, gambling, illegal, or inappropriate websites
- Websites that promote hate speech or contain explicit or violent content
Affiliates must comply with all applicable marketing and privacy laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)
- GDPR (EU)
- CCPA (California)
- FTC Endorsement & Advertising Guidelines
Violation of these laws will result in immediate removal from the program.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Use
RUO Supply retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, designs, and marketing materials.
Affiliates may only use:
- Official RUO Supply marketing materials provided through the affiliate portal, or
- Custom materials approved in writing by RUO Supply.
Affiliates may not:
- Alter or manipulate any RUO Supply logos or content
- Reproduce, modify, or misrepresent product descriptions
- Use any RUO Supply IP in unauthorized advertising, websites, or branded assets
Unauthorized use of RUO Supply intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in termination and legal action.
8. Compliance & Conduct
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC disclosure guidelines.
- Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or deceptive claims.
- Affiliates may not position themselves as employees, partners, or representatives of RUO Supply
- All promotions must remain compliant with Research Use Only designation — no human use claims.
9. Termination
RUO Supply reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms,
- Non-compliance with applicable laws, or
- Activity deemed harmful to the RUO Supply brand or its reputation.
Upon termination, all pending commissions may be withheld if any violation or abuse is detected.
10. Limitation of Liability
RUO Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or goodwill) arising from participation in this Program.
RUO Supply’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding six (6) months.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUO Supply, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or liability resulting from their participation or promotional activities.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
12. Modification of Terms
RUO Supply reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes will be posted on ruosupply.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
