Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions to make it right with a replacement or credit.

General Returns

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all unopened items

  • Condition: Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Exclusions:
  • Sterile items that have been opened cannot be returned.

  • Bundles or sets must be returned complete and unopened — partial returns cannot be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RMA Requirement

Do not send in a return without first contacting our support team and obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

  • If applicable, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
